Enrollment Coordinator
The Enrollment Coordinator is the welcoming first voice of Coombs Outdoors for prospective and returning participants and their families. This role manages the full participant intake process ensuring that every family, regardless of language or background, receives clear, timely, and supportive guidance through our application process. The Enrollment Coordinator works closely with program and communications staff to keep enrollment running smoothly across all Coombs programs.

Empower Program Manager
The Empower Program Manager develops and manages all aspects of the year-round Empower Program, which provides high school participants with internship opportunities, professional and personal development workshops, and access to outdoor recreation. The Empower Program exists to develop professional and leadership skills for high school participants through paid internships. Participants gain experience in the outdoor industry and cultivate a sense of belonging by engaging in the local Jackson community. Empower participants are encouraged to envision life beyond High School and Coombs Outdoors through job training, higher education, continued, independent outdoor recreation, and consistent mentorship.
