Today we welcome back our returning summer staff as well as our many new instructors! These 14 summer instructors bring a diverse set of experiences and perspectives to their work with Coombs. United by a love for the outdoors, every one of our instructors brings a unique approach to the job. We are excited to see them in action, sharing their passion for adventure with participants of all ages.

This summer also marks an exciting milestone for our program leadership. Half of our summer staff will be made up of Coombs alumni – more than ever before! The 7 alumni staff come to us with a deep understanding of the Coombs culture, program offerings, and what it’s like to be a participant.

Help us in welcoming our new staff members Mars, Emma, Ricardo, Saul, Ivan, Itzela, Diego and Jenna, and our returning staff Abe, Dani, Allison, Jack, Miles, and Heidi. Allison is taking on a new role this summer as our Engage program coordinator, Heidi is stepping into a new position as Activate program coordinator, and two new positions were created this year as we continue to expand our catalog of programs; Jack will be the first ever Activity Day coordinator and Miles will be our Accessibility coordinator.
